My name is Amanda and I am a professional dancer and contemporary dance teacher.
In my classes, we work in a comprehensive way on technique, physical conditioning—including strength, agility, and flexibility—and choreographic memory, all of which are essential elements for the development of a well-rounded dancer.
Beyond the physical and technical work, my main goal is to help you build confidence in yourself, supporting you throughout your artistic and personal journey so you can express yourself with freedom, security, and authenticity through movement.
